The 3 One Minute Tasks That Will Change Your Life

Morning: make your bed. It may seem inconsequential, but it sets the tone for your whole day.

Noon: file and delete emails. I only keep super important things that have to get done asap in my inbox. For others, I have @Do and @Read folders (the @ symbol bumps them up to the top of my folders in Gmail) where I send emails that aren’t so pressing, but still need my attention at some point. Take an extra 30 seconds and unsubscribe from mailing lists you don’t want to get.

Night: pick up and put away clothes/set out tomorrow’s clothes. You’d be amazed at how quickly you can put away the clothes you’ve strewn around, and at how much having your clothes set out de-stresses your morning!

What other one minute tasks have you found that make a difference in your life?
